* Task 1: Practice reading the dialogue
A man is that the post office and he’s taking a postal service. Listen for the first time and answer the following questions:

What does he want to fax? (a document)
What’ his fax number? (04.7223898)
How much is this service? (5,000 dongs)
What exactly did the man say to make the request? (Could you help me to send this document to my office by fax?)
