Is it good to have many children? 2 .What will happen if every family have a lot of children? Today we are going to learn about world population. -Listen to the teacher and answer the questions. -Listen to the teacher and open the book. 5’ 7’ II. PRE- READING: -Ask and answer questions, based on two pictures on the textbook. - Pre- teach vocabulary: + figure (n): con số + double(n): gấp đôi + limit(v): hạn chế, giới hạn + raise animals(v): nuôi động vật + increase(v): tăng + Thirld World(n): thế giới thứ ba Checking: Rub out and remember. By the year 2015, the population of the world is expected to be over 7 billion. 3. Some scientists say it can, but others say it can’t. 4. No, they don’t. 5. Asks students to look through the passage and read in silence. -Asks students to do the task and help. -Gets students work individual or in groups.
