1. Class description

 - Grade 11

 -30 students

 2. Time: 45 minutes

 3. Objectives

After the lesson, students will be able to:

- Achieve dictionary skills: explaining meaning in context.

- Understand the passage in the textbook.

- Know more about kinds of hobbies

 4. Assumed knowledge

Ss have had their background knowledge about the hobbies and they have already known some vocabulary items related to the topic

 5. Anticipated problems

-There may be a lack of time; thus, teacher should allocate time appropriately for each part of the lesson and focus on one particular issue at one time.

-Because of being taught by a new teacher, Ss may not work, hence, teacher should try to design many activities and be strict to involve Ss

After the lesson, students will be able to:
- Achieve dictionary skills: explaining meaning in context.
- Understand the passage in the textbook.
- Know more about kinds of hobbies
