Aims:

- T checks the number of students and asks Ss to make some class arrangement.

- The monitor reports the number of students in his/her class to the teacher.
 II. Checking the old lesson:
- T calls on 2 sts to interview each other about the problems their class has and give the solutions to them.
- T gives comments and marks

 III. New lesson: 
Warm- up: 
A survey about school
- T prepares a small survey and copies it on the board. T gets sts to copy it down in their own notebooks.
- T explains new words and how to do the task.
- T gets sts to move around and collects their friends’ opinions. They
- T teaches sts some expressions of quantifiers and calls on sts to report the results of their survey.

 2. Before you listen:
* Work in pairs:
- T asks Sts to discuss the questions in pairs.
- T calls on some Ss to present in front of the class and explains their reasons.
- T asks sts to guess what they are going to listen about.
 * Lisen and repeat
- T reads words for the first time.
- T reads all the words twice again.
- T explains the meaning and asks some sts to read again.
- T gets sts to make sentences with some important words.
- T gives corrective feedback

While you listen:
*Task 1:
- T gets sts to read the questions carefully and work out what information they need to concentrate on while listening.
- T gets sts to read the options in each question carefully and underline the words that make them different. T checks with the whole class.
- T gets sts to guess the answer to each question and then tells them they need to listen attentively to check if their guesses are confirmed.
- T plays the tape recording once for sts to listen and do the task.
- T has Ss compare their answers with a friend and correct themselves.
- T calls on some Ss to read their answers aloud in front of the class.
- T feedbacks and gives out the answers:

*Task 2:
 - T asks 1 student to read out the requirement of task 2.
 - T asks Ss to read through all the questions and have a guess of the answers needed.
- T asks Ss to listen to the tape recording again and note down the answers on the pieces of papers.
- T plays the tape recording more than once if necessary.
-- T has Ss compare their answers with a friend.
- T asks Ss to write the exact and grammatically correct answers. 
- T calls on some Ss to explain their answers in front of the class.
- T gives feedbacks and gives correct answers:
