Procedure Stages Time Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Warm-up 7’ Game: Guessing game -Calls one Ss to come to the board and lets him/her see a picture -Asks him to use words (not the words in the pictures), drawing, or act to make the others guess the name of pictures correctly. The other Ss raise their hands to answer. Book collection Coin collection Stamp collection Butterfly collection -Asks Ss a question: Do you have any collection? (expected answers: Yes) -Lead in: You are going to write about your collection. We will start now. -Come to the board and give description of picture. -Guess the name of picture. -Listen to T. Pre-writing 10’ -Divides the class into groups of 6. -Gives them a paper. -Asks them to brainstorm in their groups about their collection in 4ms.
