_ Raise some questions. Then show students a letter ans ask:

4. It is used for notifying the receipient of the time and place to receive the call.
5. You will have to subscribe to your favourite newspapers and magazines.

I’m satisfied with some of your services. However there is still something that I am dissatified with.
Firstly, the Post Office is closed too early, sometimes I need to make an emergent phone call after 9pm, but it’s not available. 
Secondly, the attitude of some staffs isn’t polite enough. They sometimes look to be unhappy and arrogant.
Finally, there is no one to keep the motorbikes, bicycles,etc.
I’d suggest that the Post Office should open until 10pm and that there should be someone to keep an eye on the customer’s bikes, motorbikes.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.
