- call on a student to list some useful expression used to write a report.
- Ask the student to use two expressions to write two sentences.
Transition: In today’s lesson, we’ve going to continue learning how to write a report , but writing a complete report.

Activity 1: Questions and answers:
- arrange SS into pairs
- have SS read the report again and answer the following questions:
- call on SS to speak out the answers
- invite class opinions and give feedback.
Activity 2: Review how to write a report
- call on some students to tell again how to write a report.
- correct them and pay them to important attentions.
1. what is the report about?
2. how is the information obtained/ gathered?
3. what does the reporter say that is not good about the hotels?
4. what about the venues?
5. what would he recommend?

writing it up 
- arrange SS into groups of 4
- tell them to write a report based on the situation below.
- give each group a poster and a board marker
- within groups, SS write their report on the poster given.
- go around to monitor the class and give help where needed.
- when they have finished, get groups to hang their poster on the board.
- get SS to read through the reports and pick out the best one.
- make corrections on it in front of the whole class.
Your school is going to host an examination for excellent students of the whole province. Write a report on the facilities and what your school has prepared for the event

- within pairs, SS make a telephone conversation based on the information from either the report in the textbook or the report they have written.

- call on some pairs to act out their conversations if time allows.

- have SS have make 5 sentences to report impressions and finding of things they have observed.
