I. OBJECTIVES
 Aims: Educate Ss to appropriate about your hobby. 
 - Guides Ss to read the text.
 - Develop such reading micro-skill as scanning for special ideas and skimming for general information.
 - Use the information they have read to discuss and practice the tasks.
 * Lexical items: Words or phrases to related reading.
 * Skills: Reading for gist and for specific information.
II. METHOD: Integrated, mainly communication.

I. Warm-up 
- Asks Ss questions.
1. What do you do in your free time?
2. What is your favorite hobbies ? 
- Introduce the new lesson.
- Listen and prepare.
- Answer freely.
- Listen.
II. Before you read 
- Guides Ss to read the new words and word phrases then explain the meaning.
- Asks Ss to read text silently and answer the questions in the book (page 84).
- Walks around the class to help when necessary.
- Asks Ss to compare their answers with friends.
- Calls Some Ss to read their answers in front of the class.
- Gives correct answers:
- Copy down
1) His most favorite hobby is fishing.
2) He was able to go fishing on weekends.
3) His favorite fishing ground lies some two kilometers away from his house.
4) When he reaches the place, he sits comfortably on the bank of the stream with reeds all around him, fixes the worm to the hook and throws the line into the water.
5) Because for him, there is nothing to win and there is not much to lose.
6) He enjoys the shoals of fish. He takes pleasure in seeing the king fisher.
Now and then he may be rewarded with the music of a bird.
