Pre- writing (6’) Teaching new words ( again) - use pictures and explanations to present some new words - Read the words one by one and ask Sts to repeat. Activity 2: writing about yourself (task b, p. 196) - ask SS to write a report on their holiday trip or vacation. - tell SS to refer to the guidelines and the previous tasks as samples. - go around to monitor and give help with vocabulary - when SS have finished, collect their writings for correction later. .
