Clarify the writing task :
The director of Thanh Ba post office invited you to write a letter to him describing the quantity of the services 
Revision of writing a letter showing satisfaction or dissatisfaction :
The letter may have the following points :
Dear Mr.director 
State the reason for writing (Iam writing about the quality of the services your post office offers)
Say whether you are satisfied or dissatisfied with these services or both 
List out some evidences to support your idea 
Firstly ,secondly ,thirdly , finally )
Your suggestion 
End the letter politely (sincerely ,yours ,yours faithfully ) 
II/ TASK 2 : 
Sample writing :
 Dear Mr.director ,
Iam writing about the quality of the services of your post office .
Iam satisfied with some of your services .However,there is still something that Iam dissatisfied with 
Firstly ,the post office in closed too early .Sometimes I need to make an emergent phone call after 9 and this service is not available .
Secondly, the prices for sending oversea mails are far too expensive compared with other post offices in the district .
Finally , there is no one to look after the motorbike of the customers .Therefore ,we are always nervous when leaving the motorbike outside .
I would suggest that the post office should open until 10 p.m and that the post office be someone to keep an eye on the motorbikes of customers .

Defining and non-defining relative clauses :
Defining Relative Clauses: Mệnh đề giới hạn không có mệnh đề này câu không đủ nghĩa vì từ đứng trước chưa xác định 
EX: I don’t know the man who is talking to Mary 
Non-Defining Relative Clauses: Mệnh đề giới hạn 
Khoâng coù mệnh đề này ,câu vẫn đủ nghĩa khi từ đứng trước đã xác định .Trước danh từ thường có this,that these, my ,your hoặc tên riêng .Nó được ngăn cách với mệnh đề chính bằng các dấu phẩy 
EX: His father , who is working in a shoe factory , will retire next year

Answer :
Tet is one of the most important traditional holiday in our country .It celebrates the Lunar New Year .Actually Tet starts on the first day of the Lunar Year ,however people always prepare for it well in advance .The house is usually cleaned and decorated with beautiful things such as flowers and pictures .Peach flowers and kumquat trees some even have both in their houses at tet .During tet people enjoy traditional foods such as banh chung ,fruit jams .. on the first day of the lunar new year ,people often go to pagodas or churches then they visit their relatives .I enjoy tet only thing I don’t like at tet is that the weather is wet and cold
