1. Presentation:
Reported Speech with Infinitives
Đối với những động từ tường thuật như: ask, tell, order, request, warn, advise, remind and invite ta sử dụng cấu trúc sau:
 S + V + O + To – infinitive 
Ex: - “Get out of my room”, she said.
 She told me to get out of her room.
 - “Could you carry some bags, Mike?”
 I asked Mike to carry some bags.
 - “Would you like to have dinner with us?”
 They invited me to have dinner with them.
Đối với những động từ tường thuật như: offer, promise, threat ta sử dụng cấu trúc sau:
 S + V + To-infinitive
Ex: - “Can I help you?” She offered to help me.
 - “I’ll be careful” He promised to be careful.
 - “I will hit you” She threatened to hit me.
