B. PROCEDURES

Organization - T checks the number of students and asks Ss to make some class arrangement. II. Checking the old lesson - T asks one student some questions about the previous lesson. 1. Warm- up - T hangs some pictures on the BB and asks sts to match them with the sports given. - T gets sts to answer these questions: 1. Which one do you like to play? Why? 2. In which sporting events are they competed? - T checks and gives the keys. - T introduces the topic of the lesson. 2. Before you read - T gets sts to work in pairs to look at the 4 pictures on page 136 and discuss the questions below. - T calls on some sts to give the answers to the questions and elicits comments from other sts. While you read * Setting the scene: You are going to read a passage about the Asian Games.
