1. I think mail and parcel service is the most important b/c nowadays most families have a telephone machine and they can call at anytime they want. But they can’t always send mail or parcel by themselves
2. I think they need to have Internet service. I do not have Internet home but I need to use it often.
I think they should have a service that helps you change your money. Or tourists can change their money when they go to VN.
