 I. Organization
- T checks the number of students and asks Ss to make some class arrangement.
 II. Checking the old lesson
- T calls on one student to go to the board and asks some questions about him/her.
- T gives comments and marks.
 III. New lesson
 1. Warm- up :

- T divides the class into 2 groups, instructs them how to play the game.

- T gets sts to play the game.
- T declares the winner 
 2. Grammar : 
Relative clauses replaced by participles
a. Presentation
- T writes two examples about the relative clauses on the board and asks sts to comment on them.
Eg:
- Do you know the girl who is talking to Tom?
-> Do you know the girl talking to Tom?
- The money which was stolen in the robbery was never found.
-> The money stolen in the robbery was never found.
- T elicits the comments from sts and makes clear that:
+ Dùng hiện tại phân từ khi động từ trong MĐQH ở thể chủ động.
+ Dùng hiện tại phân từ khi động từ trong MĐQH ở thể bị động.
b. Practice
- T gets sts to do some exercises in the workbook.
- T gets sts to share their answers.
- T checks and gives final comments.
IV. Consolidation
- T summarizes the main points of 
the lesson by asking the question.
How many pronouns are there? What is the use of each?How to replace relative clauses by participles?
 V. Homework
- T asks sts to do the extra exercises in the workbook.
