Warm-up (5 minutes)
- Asks Ss to answer some questions.
1. Do you often go to the post office?
2. What do you do there?
3. Do you often speaking with a clerk of post office?
4. What any thing do you often talk about? 
- Introduce the new lesson: We are going to speaking about the service of the post office. 
- Answer the questions.
- Answer free.
- Listen and prepare the lesson.
Before you Speak. (10 minutes)
Task 1: 
* Introduce the task. 
- Asks Ss to work in pairs. Act out the Decalogue and then answer the question: What service is the customer using in the Decalogue.
- Asks Ss to read the sentences in the Decalogue carefully to understand them.
- Asks Ss to work in pairs and discuss the following couples.
- Walks around the class to help when necessary.
- Calls Ss to make Decalogue in front of the class.
- Remarks.
Task 1: 
- Work in pairs. Act out the Decalogue and then answer the question: What service is the customer using in the Decalogue.
- Read the sentences in the Decalogue carefully to understand them.
- Practice making Decalogue in front of the class.

Task 2
* Introduce the task: 
- Asks Ss to work in pairs make conversation from the suggestions in the text book. The conversation take place at the post office between a clerk (A) and a customer (B) Who wants to have a telephone line installed at home .
- Guides them to practice the Decalogue in front of the class.
- Asks Ss to read the suggestions in the text book carefully. 
- Gives some new words and phrases about a telephone line installed at home .
- Asks Ss to look at sample and work in pairs.
- Walks around the class to help when necessary.
- Asks Ss to compare the Decalogue with friends.
- Calls Ss to practice the following pairs in front of the class and give opinions.
- Suggested dialogged.

- Calls Ss to practice making the dialogged in front of the class and give opinions.
- Control and correct.

- Work in groups. Imagine that one of you is a clerk at the post office and other is a customer, make a dialogged for each of situations in the text book.
