II.CHECK UP THE OLD LESSON
Game : Finding words
-Divide the class into two groups and ask Ss to close their books.
- Ask each group to write on the board:
+ 4 words containing the sound /ts/ like sits
+ 4 words containing the sound /dz/ like reads
+ 4 words containing the sound / t∫t / as reached
+4 words containing the sound / dჳd / as raged
- In two minutes, the group who first finishes will wins
III.NEW LESSON
1.Pronunciation 
* Listen and repeat (p.161)
-T models the 4 clusters / ts / - / dz / - / t∫t / -
 / dჳd / a few times and explains how to produce them. E.g. When producing / ts /, Ss should produce /t / first then quickly switch to / s /, and so on.
- Ask Ss to read the words in each column out loud in chorus for a few times. Then call on some Ss to read the words out loud. 
* Practise reading these sentences (p. 161)
- Ask Ss to practise reading the sentences given on page 161 
- Call on some Ss to read aloud the sentences.
- Make corrections if necessary.
2.Grammar 
2.1.Exercise 1. (p.161)
Ask Ss to combine the sentences using “both  and, either  or neither  nor”
- Call on some pairs to read their answers 
- Check the answers with the whole class.
2.2.Exercise 2 
- Ask Ss to change the sentence into cleft sentences in the passive.
- Ask Ss to work individually, and then compare the results with their partners.
- Go around to give help if necessary
- Ask some Ss to write the answers on the
 board / read aloud
- Teacher and Ss check
IV.CONSOLIDATION
-T asks Ss to retell the grammar that they’ve learnt in this lesson and give some examples

Last weekend, we, class 11Awent to Ba Vi for a camping holiday. We went there by bus. The bus left the school at 5 a.m. When arriving, we began putting up the umbrella tents. After that we went watching the wildlife in the forest. Most of us went swimming in the lake, fishing. Tired with walking long but everyone felt happy and comfortable.At noon, we cooked food over an open fire. In the afternoon we played games. In the evening we sang and danced around the camp fire until midnight and we slept in the tents. We left the campsite at 4 p.m. the next day.
