 Every child in Great britain between the age of five and fifteen must attend school. There are three main types of educational institutions: primary( elementary) school, secondary schools, and universities.

Nowadays, everyone does own a mobile phone. And it is hard to imagine what our lives would be without a mobile! But who invented it? How long has it existed? Not many people know the answer. 
	Martin Cooper was born on December 26, 1928 in Chicago, The USA. After the first World War, he left Navy. In 1950, he received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Then in 1954, he started working for Motorola. In 1970, Cooper started studying car phone (a kind of phone used in the car). And thanks to his great effort, he developed portable phones and successfully created the first mobile phone. The first mobile phone call was made by Cooper on April 3rd 1973 to his rival Joe Engel.
